Welcome to The WE Facility (operated by WE Management Group, LLC). By using this website to book a court, register for a program, or contact us, you agree to these terms. Please read them, and if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using this site

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you book or contact us, and to use the site only for lawful purposes. If you create an account or book through our provider, you're responsible for the activity under your account.

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Court rentals, training, camps, and program registrations are booked and paid through our provider, Mindbody, and are also subject to Mindbody's terms. The price, duration, and the specific cancellation and refund policy for each booking are shown at the time you book. Rentals and programs are subject to availability, and we may need to reschedule or cancel a session — if we do, we'll work with you on a credit or refund.

Facility conduct and assumption of risk

Basketball and athletic training involve inherent physical risk. By participating, or by allowing a child in your care to participate, you accept that risk and agree to follow our facility rules and staff instructions. Anyone using the facility may be required to sign a separate waiver and release before participating.

Our content

The WE Facility name, logo, text, and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers and limits

This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WE Management Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under California law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
