The WE Facility (operated by WE Management Group, LLC, “WE,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect the information we need to respond to you and run the facility, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us — for example, when you fill out our Get Started form, register for a program, rent a court, or contact us. That typically includes your name, the athlete's name and age, your phone number and email address, and any details you add about what you're looking for.

When you book or pay, that transaction is handled by our booking and payment provider, Mindbody, on their own systems. We also automatically collect basic technical information (such as device type, browser, and pages visited) through standard website analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, set up and manage your account and bookings, send you information you've asked for, keep the facility and our programs running safely, and improve the website experience. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request or your account.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as Mindbody (booking and payments) and our analytics and email providers — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the safety of our members and staff. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's information

The WE Facility serves youth athletes, and we expect a parent or guardian to provide a child's information and consent to our use of it. This website is directed to parents and guardians, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, and opt out of marketing messages at any time. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing — and again, we do not sell your information.
