About WE

Built by a basketball family.

From Connecticut to Livermore, a coaching family that built a brand on development, accountability, and belonging.

Our story

Shanelle and Randy Hite built a coaching brand back East before bringing it to the Tri-Valley and opening their own gym in Livermore. The “WE” is the whole point: community over individual, the team behind every player.

WE Foundation

Our nonprofit, WE HERE, gives more kids access to the game — and the gym. Want to support the Foundation or get your athlete involved?

What WE stands for

The standard, in three words

Development

Every athlete leaves better than they came in. Individual work, honest feedback, and a plan that meets them where they are.

Accountability

One standard for effort and attitude, held by coaches who show up early and learn names. The work is on them; the standard is on us.

Belonging

Kids get better faster when they belong to something. It's called WE for a reason: community over individual, the team behind every player.

The WE family

Built around belonging.
